The Freud Team is formed by Zelda Freud and Michael Wiesenfeld. We have a strong expertise in the Miami residential Market, Luxury to ultra-luxury, especially when it comes to new constructions and pre-constructions from Coconut Grove to Key Biscayne, Brickell/Downtown/Edgewater, Miami Beach, and North Miami.

Zelda Freud
Zelda is a published author who grew up in Italy, Panama, and Switzerland where she graduated from the University of Geneva with a Master's degree in Human Resources & Psychology. She also was an assistant professor for Doctorate students in Psychology at the University of Geneva. In 2003, she moved to New York to complete a Master's degree in Media Ecology from New York University's Steinhardt school.
Zelda went on working as the Head of Human Resources at RF Binder Partners, a top New York Public Relations agency, running 360 assessments and overseeing 100+ employees before moving to Miami in late 2009 where she started her new career in Real Estate. Her organizational and human resources skills are instrumentals to delivering an unmatched property management service.
Michael Wiesenfeld
Michael grew up in Paris and moved to NYC in 2001 to start a successful venture in Market Research & Customer satisfaction. In parallel, his passion for soccer lead him to secure a Master Degree in Sports Business from New York University (NYU) and to become a licensed FIFA Player’s agent dealing with world-class organizations & athletes, some becoming real estate clients later on. He also holds a Certificate Degree in Real Estate Financing & Development from NYU.
Michael moved to Miami from NYC in 2009. He has witnessed the city shape itself into the global player it is today, and has a thorough understanding of how the different areas have evolved, and the direction they are taking. MIchael’s business acumen allowed him to develop key relationships with Miami new construction developers, along with their sales and marketing teams.
In 2022, he joined Habitat for Humanity’s Business Development Committee in Miami.
